Why Slow Cooking?

This blog was started by a PhD student in theology who realized that slow cooking is a great way to eat healthy while remaining within the graduate student budget. However, between the dissertation and life, blogging about food on top of these things became impossible. Enter the brother, a food aficionado who also loves slow cooking as a way to create food for his busy work weeks. Thus, after sitting untouched for over a year, the Big Blog of Crock is being resurrected in a new form. Enjoy!
